- Secure Telehealth Appointments that utilize secure, digital platforms for convenient, remote appointments, ensuring patients can access care from the comfort of their home or workplace.
- Traditional In-Home Wellness House Calls for traditional, face-to-face visits where the provider travels to the patient's home. This is a crucial service for addressing barriers to care.

Specialization in Access and Homebound Care
Offering Older and Homebound Individuals the specialized care they deserve when travel to a traditional clinic is difficult or impossible. The house call model is tailored to meet the needs of this vulnerable population.
Greene Roots Wellness & Telehealth goes "a step further" by offering premium, personalized concierge services that are not typically found in standard primary care models.
This indicates a higher level of availability, coordination, and attention for patients who opt for this enhanced level of service for care requiring personalized care plans for things like:
- Post-Procedure In-Home Monitoring designed to "give patients and their families peace of mind and ensure a smooth recovery" by reducing complications and providing continuous, personalized oversight during a critical time. Other concierge services include:
- Basic wound care
- Foley and suprapubic catheter care

Once we open for full care appointments and concierge service appointments in November 2025, we will be accepting Medicare, AR Medicaid, and select commercial insurances for health care appointments.
Concierge care services that are non-billable to insurance will be an out-of-pocket, payable at time of service expense.
