The practice is dedicated to managing chronic disease, promoting wellness, and increasing healthcare access for older and homebound individuals in the community. We also go a step further with personalized concierge services, such as post-procedure in-home monitoring, to give patients and their families peace of mind and ensure a smooth recovery."

Corey Greene is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with over 14 years of experience in the medical field. He founded Greene Roots Wellness & Telehealth to build a practice centered on trust, convenience, and truly individualized care for patients in Arkansas.

Corey’s philosophy is built on a patient-centered approach. He emphasizes active listening and open communication, creating a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and safe to discuss your concerns. He believes in shared decision-making, empowering you to be an active partner in your own health journey.

A Commitment to Excellence in Care

Corey is a lifelong learner dedicated to providing the most effective, evidence-based treatments for his patients. His professional highlights include:

  • Extensive Education: He holds three undergraduate degrees and earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2023.

  • Dual Board-Certification: Corey is dual board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in both Adult-Gerontology Primary Care (AGPCNP-BC) and Ambulatory Care Nursing.

  • Future-Focused: To remain at the forefront of nursing practice, Corey will begin his studies in Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at UAMS in January 2026.

In his free time, Corey enjoys running on his treadmill, spending time with his three schnauzers (Titus Augustus, Hercules, and Praxis), and watching Star Trek!
