About the Provider
Corey Greene is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with over 14 years of experience in the medical field. His nursing career includes 3 years as a neonatal ICU nurse, oncology nurse, children’s clinic nurse, and a number of years in leadership as a charge nurse for general surgery, trauma, plastics, cardiology, and gastroenterology. He founded Greene Roots Wellness & Telehealth to build a practice centered on trust, convenience, and truly individualized care for patients in Arkansas. He continues working as a primary care nurse practitioner with a major health care organization in central Arkansas.
Corey’s philosophy is built on a patient-centered approach. He emphasizes active listening and open communication, creating a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and safe to discuss your concerns. He believes in shared decision-making, empowering you to be an active partner in your own health journey.
Corey earned his Master of Nursing Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is a dual board-certified in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care (AGPCNP-BC) and in Ambulatory Care Nursing (AMB-BC), ensuring that his practice is grounded in the latest evidence-based standards of care.
In his free time he enjoys running on his treadmill, spending time with three schnauzers - Titus Augustus, Hercules, and Praxis.

Nolan is our billing consultant who has over 10 years experience with insurance claims and working with state and federal programs in Arkansas. He is a native of Paris, TX and enjoys spending his spare time listening to the latest political commentary through various media sources.
Audreana is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a B.S. degree in Human Development & Family Sciences (HDFS). She has a strong desire to better understand how societal influences affect human growth and dynamics across the lifespan. She anticipates starting her master’s studies after gaining experience working in the medical field. She brings focus to attention and detail to our practice while assisting with scheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibility and claims.
Concierge Staff
We have two concierge nursing staff who are available for patient interested in concierge services. Kiera is located in central Arkansas. Freda is located in east Arkansas. We will accommodate concierge appointments on an as needed basis with travel (limited) to other areas of the state when necessary.
